1. Access Data and Log Files

Each time you access content on the website, data that may allow identification is temporarily stored. The following data is collected:

The temporary storage of the data is necessary for the course of a website visit to enable the delivery of the website. 3. Membership, Registration, and User Account

When you register with FinSenty, we store your email address and encrypted password. This data is used exclusively to provide your user account and manage your membership. You can delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, your personal data (including email address and password) will be permanently deleted, unless there are legal retention obligations.

4. Contact

When you contact us by e-mail, we store your e-mail address, your name, and, if provided, your telephone number in order to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis for collecting this data when you contact us is the consent you give by sending the e-mail (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR).

5. Storage Period and Deletion

The personal data of the data subject will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU regulations, laws, or other provisions to which the controller is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a necessity for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfillment of a contract.
