FinSenty is a paid Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing sentiment analysis data and related analytics. Access to the Service is granted upon successful registration and payment of the applicable subscription fees.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.
  • We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

6. Use of the Service

  • You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without our written consent.
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of the Service.
